Shipping & Delivery

UK Based Customers
Our shipping fees are standard throughout the store. For all UK based customers, the cost of shipping is a flat rate of £6.50 per order. For all orders above £75 (excluding VAT), shipping within the UK is free of charge.
The standard delivery time for all UK based orders is within 5 days.
Customers from outside of the UK
For all orders from outside of the UK, Total Locks will contact the customer after the order has been placed to confirm the cost of shipping. Total Locks take the policy to try and ensure the lowest shipping cost possible for the customer.
The standard delivery time will vary based on the delivery location.


Privacy & Security

Our website users privacy is of the upmost importance to Total Locks. Due to the increasing concern in website security, we make every effort possible to ensure that www.total-locks.com is secure. We use the latest in online trading software, while securing the website with SSL certification, ensuring any information you input on our website is encrypted as soon as it is sent.

Additionally we use the Sage Pay Form payment system, ensuring that NONE of your credit card details are stored on our server. All personal details, such as email addresses are stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Returns & Replacements

Total Locks implement the following returns policy:
1. Returns for credit will ONLY be issued if PREVIOUSLY agreed with us and an official returns reference is issued prior to an order.
2. Any goods that have been 'ordered incorrectly' or are 'unwanted' are subject to a 25% (minimum of £10.00) charge based on the original invoice. The same policy applies to any 'duplicated' orders that Total Locks are not made aware of.
3. For any order that falls into point 2 outlined above, Total Locks must be informed within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and in any of these cases, the customer bears all fees incurred in returning the product,
4. All returned items must; be their original, unopened packaging; be undamaged; be unused. All returned items, if declared as 'faulty' will be subject to a manuacturers inspection.
5. We cannot, under any circumstance guarantee replacement/credit. In this case a 'warranty repair' will be issued.


Viewing Orders and Account Management


Forgotten Your Password?

If you have an account with Total-Locks.com and forgot your password, follow these easy steps:

   1. Select <Log In>
   2. Select <Forgot your Password>
   3. Enter your email address used for your account
   4. Select <Submit>
   5. Your new password will be sent directly to your email address provided with your order.


Sign In/Create Account

Why create an Account? Creating an account with Total-Locks.com is an easy way to store your information so that the checkout process is quick and easy. You will have the ability to review your Order Status, Order History, Edit your Profile, access to an Address Book, and maintain a Wish list 24 hours a day. Create an Account or Sign In
 
Edit Your Profile

If you would like to view or edit information with your Total-Locks.com account, such as name, email address, phone number, etc, first sign into your account with your username and password. Once you have signed in you can edit your profile by selecting <Account Dashboard> located in "My Account". Edit Profile
 
Address Book

Your address book includes the billing and shipping addresses you have on file with your Total-Locks.com account. If you would like to view or edit this information, log into your account with your username and password. Once you have signed in select <Address Book> located in "My Account".
 
View Order History

Order history includes the status of recent and previous orders, if you would like to view your order history, first sign into your Total-Locks.com account with your user name and password. Then select <My Orders>, located in "My Account".

Maintain Your Wishlist

Once you have a Total Locks account, you can start a Wish List. Just choose <Add to Wish List> while shopping at Total-Locks.com. The item(s) that you select for your wish list will appear at the bottom of your Total-Locks.com screen. Sign up to Create a Total Locks account, Create an Account

Want to send your Wish List to work colleagues? Here is how

   1. After adding product to your Wish List, select <Wish List> located at the top right side of Total-Locks.com or in "My Account".
   2. Select <Share Wish List>
   3. Simply type the email addresses of who you would like to send your Wish List to. There is also a space provided to write a message!
   4. Select <Share Wish List>
