I wright to say a big Thank You for the excellent service, help & assistance provided by a member of your staff  following a recent enquiry I made with a view to replacing a 5 point locking system to my front door
 
Following the breakage of my lock I contacted my insurers who informed me that the problem was wear & tear and therefore not covered, but who put me in touch with a local glazier quoting £1150.00 to replace this lock
 
I therefore searched the Internet to find Total Locks and spoke to a member of staff on your freephone Number (Monday 25th Oct) Late p.m.
 
It was explained to me how to easily dismantle the door lock and remove the mechanism and asked that I take some photos and measurements and forward to you.
 
You suggested two alternative locks as the one I had was now obsolete and returned prices within a couple of hours - I then had a list of queries (Total 8) which I sent to Total Locks at 11.30 p.m. on Mon 25th Oct - You answered all queries by return of E mail at 01.00 a.m. on Tuesday 26th Oct - I confirmed the order for the lock at 3.00 p.m. on Tuesday 27th and the parts arrived on Weds 28th at 1.00p.m.
 
You talked me through each step of the installation process and I fitted the lock within approx 2 hours (First Time ever done) Saving over £1000.00 on the original quote and all completed within 2 days - Absolutely Brilliant

Many thanks for the useful advice on my now obsolete Yale multipoint lock and for giving me the confidence to replace it. The replacement Lockmaster arrived within 24h of placing the order and was fitted by me with minimal alterations needed, even the handle and lock slots aligned perfectly. It was working within an hour of arriving and feels far superior to the Yale it replaced, not to mention the huge saving over what a locksmith quoted (could almost have got a complete new door plus lock) to repair the old lock.
