ERA/Saracen Multipoint Lock 4 Roller Latch/Dead 35mm 92mm
These ERA/Saracen Multipoint locks have a 'split-spindle' function, which when used with a lever/pad handle set, will stop people from being able to enter from outside without using a key. This lock can be used as a standard lever-operated mechanism by using the top spindle only. As with most multipoint locks the central gearbox is the part that usually fails and can be replaced as a seperate item

ERA/Saracen Multipoint locks Latch Handing
Remove screw from latch Head turn latch and refit screw.
ERA/Saracen Multipoint locks Nightlatch Handing
Remove latch head and look indide you will see a small screw use a small flat bladed screwdriver to turn the screw through 180 degrees. refit the latch.
