Fuhr Multipoint Lock 2 Hook 2 Roller Latch/Dead 35mm 92mm Split Spindle
These Fuhr Multipoint locks have a 'split-spindle'/nightlatch function, which when used with a lever/pad handle set, will stop people from being able to enter from outside without using a key. This lock can be used as a standard lever-operated mechanism by using the top spindle only.

Fuhr Multipoint Lock Latch Handing
Push the latch in and you s hould see a small allen headed bolt in the side of the case inline with the latch undo the screw and remove the latch turn other way and put back in place replace screw.
