Winkhaus Multipoint Lock / 4 Hook / Split Spindle / Latch/Dead 35/45mm 92mm

This Winkhaus multipoint lock with 4 hooks has a 'split-spindle' function, which when used with a lever/pad handle set, will prevent people from being able to enter from outside without using a key. As an alternative, this multipoint lock can be used as a standard lever-operated mechanism by using the top spindle only.

Winkhaus Multipoint Locks Latch Handing

Push latch in and undo the screw in the back of the gearcase.  Remove the latch, turn and then refit the screw.

Locate the small slot near to the spindle (check both sides) and using a small flatbladed screwdriver push the pin to the other side.
